We’re committed to getting your collectibles to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Standard Orders

• All in-stock items will ship within 3 business days of your order being placed.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Presale Orders

• Items purchased during a presale will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.

• Estimated arrival times for presale items will be listed in the product description or communicated via email.

• If your order includes both in-stock and presale items, we may ship them together once all items are available—unless otherwise requested.

Tracking & Updates

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• If there are any delays or changes, we’ll notify you promptly.
